Like most people, I want info before I get in touch, and don't like the idea of being hassled to commit

to anything until I'm sure! You will never be pressured to engage my services, and when you do, I will

work super hard for you to make you glad that you did!

 

This is what you can expect:

 

• You contact me and we arrange a time to chat about your needs, I send you my pricing and other info

 

• We book a date. For some outdoor session we will book a second "safety" date in case of bad weather

 

• The session fee is required within 3 days of booking to secure your session date. This is non-refundable but the

date can be changed under certain circumstances with enough notice. We will go ahead in all weather except

heavy rain (you'd be surprised how many images on my website are captured in the rain - you'd never know)

 

• If the session cannot go ahead due to technical issues or illness at my end will of course let you pick another

date that is mutually convenient, however I have never cancelled a session as yet!

 

• We meet on the agreed date and shoot for an hour - the optimum time to get the

best out of most people, especially children as most little ones will tire of the attention after this point

 

• Newborn babies can take a little longer with their various needs, and of course I allow for this in the fee 

 

• 2-3 weeks later you will receive the password to your own online, password protected gallery to view your images

 

• There will usually be around 30 images to choose from, all professionally processed and where necessary,

lightly retouched. (My teens in particular are always hugely glad to know this, as the fear of a spot

showing in the final image is enough to ruin their enjoyment of the session. I will remove anything that isn't

usually part of you - such as scratches and spots etc and leave anything that is well alone, such as

birthmarks and moles - unless you expressly ask me to edit them out)

 

• You can then choose from the full à la carte product menu, which includes hand-framed prints, hand-bound canvas wraps, digital images and prints.  I am on hand at all times to advise you

 

• I will let you know different lead times for the various products. They vary between 1-6 weeks because I

supply high quality, often handmade products, using local suppliers where possible.  I let you know when

your products are available for collection and within a certain radius, I sometimes deliver
